Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders usually ship 1–2 business days after production starts.
After shipment, US orders may arrive in approximately 3–10 business days. International orders may arrive in your country in approximately 1–3 weeks. These are estimates; actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on your local postal service.
Delivery Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes, but not Military APO/FPO addresses. Each order can ship to one address only; please place separate orders for delivery to multiple addresses.
International Duties & Taxes
International shipments from the US are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). We do not charge VAT. The recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, and customs fees.
Returned & Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned because of a customer address error incur another shipping charge for reshipment. For domestic or international packages returned as undeliverable, the item is refunded minus the shipping fee; reshipment requires another shipping fee.
Declined or returned international packages receive store credit for the order value minus the international shipping cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:
- On average, orders usually ship after 1-2 business days from the date the production started.
- US orders may arrive approximately 3-10 business days after being shipped.
- International orders may arrive in your country 1-3 weeks after being shipped.
CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the country, the postal package may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
“Any packages that are returned for non deliverable - we will refund your item minus the shipping fee - if you want it reshipped you will be charged for another shipping fee” This applies to domestic and international orders
